Do you train outdoor all year round ?

Yes, rain or shine Barbarians show up! But rest assured, in all locations we train, there is shelter for rainy days.

Slip into your sports shoes, take a bottle of water, and wear your most vibrant mood, we care for the rest.

What is the Barbarian Training?

They are outdoor team workouts organized by our inspiring trainers. A new functional full body concept to get stronger, leaner, and faster.

How can I test to see if the group is a good fit for me?

Simple, fill in the form to become a member here and look at your Emails! You’ll be contacted back for the trainer to meet you for a trial session. Do it fast! Each year, we have a limited number of seats to join the Tribes.

Do you provide any nutritional guidance or meal plans as part of the fitness program?

Once member, you will enjoy cooking inspiration and tips to adjust your diet and maximize the benefits of the Trainings

What is the skill level required to participate in group activities?

No specific fitness level required to participate. The community consists of beginners and athletes. They all find in Barbariantribes a welcoming, supporting, and challenging environment where the can all grow.

Are there any age restrictions for joining the group?

No, come as you are!

Are the Barbarian Training and Crossfit the same?

No, they are quite different. Barbarian Trainings are a mix of Bodyweight, Hiit, Step, Speed & Strength trainings. We use almost no equipment, reducing the risks of injury to zero. All the workouts are organized outdoors, in team, with the support of your fellow Barbarians.

Are there any social events or community-building activities organized for the fitness group members?

Sure, every year we organize numerous events for the Barbarians! Our flagship event is the Luxembourg Outdoor Fitness Days.
